From first dimensions to a coordinated steel building package.
Our process keeps owners, contractors, engineers, and erectors aligned before fabrication begins.
Discovery
We review building use, site location, dimensions, clearances, doors, budget, schedule, finish expectations, and future expansion goals.
Preliminary Design
We develop a practical concept with frame type, bay spacing, roof and wall systems, framed openings, insulation, and major accessories.
Engineering Coordination
Project-specific loads, code criteria, structural framing, connection details, and anchor bolt requirements are coordinated.
Manufacturing
Primary framing, secondary members, panels, fasteners, trim, closures, and accessories are fabricated and organized for delivery.
Delivery & Staging
The building package ships to the site with drawings and organized bundles to support efficient unloading and staging.
Erection Support
The contractor assembles the steel frame, installs secondary framing, roof panels, wall panels, trim, doors, and accessories.
What makes the job smoother?
Early decisions reduce field questions. We recommend confirming building dimensions, code criteria, concrete schedule, anchor-bolt layout, door package, insulation system, and delivery access before manufacturing release.
